📍 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to commercial addresses within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us directly for a custom freight quote.

🚚 Freight Delivery

  • All pods ship via LTL freight with curbside delivery included.

  • Inside delivery or white-glove service is not included but may be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

📦 Delivery Requirements

  • Customer must ensure the delivery location is accessible for freight trucks.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the goods immediately. If there is visible damage, note this on the delivery paperwork and notify us within 48 hours with photos and a written report.

  • If delivery is delayed due to site inaccessibility, missed appointment, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • You’ll receive a shipping quote during checkout or as part of your order confirmation.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery at the agreed location.

  • If a shipment cannot be accepted at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for all resulting storage, handling, and re-delivery fees.
