Refund policy

Eligible Returns

The standard CALL-1 pod (unassembled, in original packaging) is eligible for return.

All other models (FOCUS-1 , CONNECT-2, CONNECT-4) are final sale and non-returnable.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

The unit must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Restocking & Return Fees
A restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We can assist in coordinating the return logistics upon request.

Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund (minus restocking and shipping costs) within 10 business days.
